Playthings Magazine was a magazine used in the toy trade. One magazine featured a 4-page advertisement for Dino-Riders prior to their official release. The first two pages show the classic Dino-Riders picture with just the dinosaurs and the next two pages show the full picture with weapons and everything.

This is a very rare educational poster from 1988 that was made by Tyco in collaboration with Lifetime Learning Systems, Inc. It features all of the dinosaurs from the first series of the toys, as well ass Questar and Krulos.

Raisin Bran Advertisement

Although this is not a Dino-Riders advertisement, one can’t help but notice that the Dino-Riders Triceratops (most likely the Smithsonian Institution version given that it’s from 1994) makes a cameo.
